4. Cancellations & Returns
99fruits.in believes in helping its customers, and therefore we have a flexible cancellation policy. Please proceed to below for the policy.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within the same day of placing an order.
The cancel request will not be accepted if the orders have been communicated to the Processing/Delivery and they have initiated the process of shipping.
No cancellations will be entertained for those products that are in offers, or grouped with other products on a discounted price or products that are purchased a week before / during special occasions. These are the limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

Full Refund accepted for cancelled orders paid online.

6.When can Refund be credited to customer ?

Customer can expect refunds to be credited to their account within 15 business days
