Return and Refund Policy

No Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our products, which are food items, we adhere to a strict no return policy.

Eligibility for Returns:
If a prepaid order is denied delivery, a partial refund will be issued after deducting the shipping cost borne by the brand.

Refund Process:
Refunds will only be issued under special conditions such as product quality issues or product mismatches. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 days after the product is picked up and received back at our center.

Non-Refundable Items:
Products with opened packaging will not be considered for return or refund.
